February 3 In 30

I decided to take this month off from 3 In 30. My plate is full and my family (hubby) included have had the flu or some type of virus for over two weeks. I’m exhausted and fighting it the best I can. I really think the weight loss/new diet plan has helped due to the fact that I am no longer eating sugar. So I am very thankful to be loosing weight and have the benefit of a strong immune system.

Good news to report though! I finally finished my book!!! Yes, I know I was suppose to finish at the end of January and yes, it’s February 8th but I’m so proud of myself for finishing a book. I usually start a book, read for a while, get bored and never pick it back up again. So I call this a success.

I truly hope to pick back up with my 3 In 30 friends in March. I’m sure they all think I have fallen off the face of the earth since I haven’t posted much on Twitter either but I am alive and well, just sleep deprived. But I think we are finally on the tale end of whatever virus/flu this was. Praise the Lord for sure! And I praise Him because we are each fearfully and wonderfully made. I believe He is alive and living in me and in my family and no matter the circumstances are at present, He is good and He deserves to be praised.

What is it that He is mindful of me?
