Well, it’s been a hard week trying to stick to the 10:30 bedtime. I was able to make it to bed that early one night this week, does that count? Yes, I thought so too. hahaha…
As far as reading goes, well, I fell short there too. I was reading Prince Caspian but I have now decided to finish “The Core” by Lea Bortins, CEO of Classical Conversations. I think it is a much better fit for beginning the new year. Next Tuesday will be our first day back after a long holiday break and we (well, 3 out of the 4 of us) are so looking forward to going back and getting back into the swing of things!
My weight loss goal is a success so far! As of today, I have lost 3 and 1/2 pounds!!! I’m so thrilled with those results. It’s been a tough battle and I have wanted to give up desperately just out of fleshy desires for foods/junk that is not good for me. Next week, I hope to also incorporate daily exercise into my day. Just so my energy level will pick up.
I will call this first week a sucess, only because I did not fail. The only way I will fail is if I quit and I have not quit on any of my goals.
What is so hard about getting to bed earlier?
